Minasa Festival at SM City Baliwag

Spearheaded by the Municipality of Bustos in Bulacan, SM City Baliwag celebrates the cultural community’s promotion of local tourism with an exhibit and street dance.
The ribbon cutting-ceremony led by Mayor Arnel Mendoza (third from left) opened the exhibit which included rare photos of traditional minasa biscuit-making and the town’s tourist destinations. Present to support the event were SM City Baliwag’s Asst. Mall Managers Ms. Ardee Tolentino (second from left) and Arch. Andrew Cristobal together with SM Supermalls’ Area Brand Manager Ms. Melanie Corbito (second from right). Also in photo are the Minasa street dancers dressed in brown and cream costumes resembling the town’s famous milk biscuit.
